This site is about the original Eastern Coachworks (ECW) coach body on the Bristol RELH chassis (as shown on the right).

This was built from 1963 to 1970, based on the body that ECW supplied on the Bristol MW chassis for a number of years. After 1969 ECW only supplied it's standard 'bus shaped' body on the RELH until 1972 when it offered a newer coach body design. Details of other Bristol REs, and other Bristol chassis can be found here.

Details of the range of companies, schools, groups and individuals that owned, or own, these coaches are on the owners page and the liveries are detailed on the liveries page.

EFE have produced a scale model of this type of coach.
The vehicles page gives a history for each vehicle, by year of manufacture, by owner or just the ones that still exist. For details about my vehicle (AFM103G, as seen on the left) click here.
